We will work together to find new ways of being that will be more in line with who you are or who you want to be as a person. You don't have to suffer so much!

Everyone has a different communication style. Communication requires that we both accurately articulate what we are trying to say and deliver that message in a way that is understood by the other person. It's important to have both of these skills.
About Me
I started out in the high tech sector for many years before deciding to make major changes in my life. I've experienced the stress of being in the rat race and the fear of being unemployed. I've conquered the massive changes I had to make and the unknown of changing careers later in life. I believe going through my own life challenges have helped shape me into an effective therapist.
I love what I do. I believe in being flexible and collaborative to come up with the best therapeutic experience for each client. Everyone is unique and deserves to be treated that way.
